João Sampayo is a Guitarist, Composer, Producer and Recording Engineer and also a singer-songwriter on his solo projects.

Born in Lisbon, Portugal in 1995, João started playing Guitar and Bass Guitar at an early age, but later in life, learned to play the keyboards and drums, allowing him to write and produce complete songs on his own. 

Having worked with a wide variety of bands and artists as both a session and live musician, he’s learned his way around different styles of music, such as Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Jazz and Rock.

He has studied Music Production and Engineering at Restart - Instituto de Criatividade, Artes e Novas Tecnologias. 

With a profound knowledge of Logic Pro, Pro Tools and Ableton Live, João is able to incorporate Electronic Music into his productions and compositions.
